Tasting Notes

Malbec is the flagship red varietal of Argentina producing a richly flavoured, attractive and easy drinking wine. The nose is intense with ripe plum and cherry fruit aromas. The palate is full bodied and bursting full of black currants, blackberries, black cherries and violet. Chocolate and coffee notes are present in the mouth from oak ageing. A well structured wine, fruity and supple with firm tannins.

Food Pairings

Drink with red meats, especially steak, pasta with rich meat sauces, mild curries and cheeses.

Inaugurated in 2004, it is a line of varietals of innovative style, born for the foreign market and then introduced to the local market. Express enthusiasm, optimism, joy. "Avanti, sempre Avanti" is his motto, reflecting the spirit of the wines of the New World: young, seductive, easy to drink, attractive, characterized by the predominance of young aromas defined mainly by fresh fruit accompanied by notes of vanilla and chocolate, product of its intelligent contact with oak.

Tasting notes

Deep purple-black in colour, with heady aromas of red cherries and black pepper. The palate is rich and inviting with ripe forest fruits and sweet smoky, mineral flavours typical of the terroir. Long lasting and resilient tannis that give a long finish. Time in cellar: between 3 to 5 years.

Food Pairings

It accompanies very well pastas with fungi sauce and Argentine typical meats such as the goat and the lamb.

Tasting notes

Intense dark red in colour with hints of violet, very attractive to look at. Ripe black plums and wild berries aromas. Ripe black plums and woodland fruits on the nose. The effect is a well balanced palate with soft tannins and fresh fruit.

Food pairings

Ideal with barbecue or spicy sauces, pasta, pork, poultry or mature cheeses Serve ideally between 16 and 18°C, having uncorked the bottle one hour before. Ideal with red meats or rich cheeses. Serve ideally between 60º and 64º.

Tasting notes

It displays translucent with delicate greenish shades. Fruity in nose withoutstanding aromas of pink grapefruit and peach. It is a fresh wine, with moderate acidity.

Food pairings

A perfect aperitif for steamed or roasted chicken and seafood. Served lightly chilled, between 10 and 12°C.

Tasting notes

Rich golden yellow in colour flecked with green. Butter and fruit aromas on the nose, reminiscent of ripe lemons and pineapple. Youthful and fruit driven; fresh with a long finish.

Food pairings

Ideally served with seafood, or steamed, roasted or grilled fish. Serve between 10 to 12°C. Serve lightly chilled, on its own or with chicken and fish dishes.
